Akhirnya setelah 17 bulan menghilang, kita diketemukan dengan suatu ‘clue’ yang diharapkan akan dapat merungkai sebuah misteri. Sebahagian dari apa yang kini dikenal pasti sebagai bahagian sayap kapalterbang jenis Boeing 777 dan kemungkinan besar MH370 kepunyaan negara. Di temui terdampar di pantai pulau Reunion yang terletak di pesisir Madagascar. Lebih 8,000 batu dari destinasi asalnya Beijing, China.
Dalam pada patik berduka dengan kehilangan yang berlaku lebih 510 hari lalu, patik juga di dalam ketakjuban di dalam memahami kuasa Allah. 12 anak kapal yang bersama-sama penumpang-penumpang tersebut turut terkorban jiwa sewaktu mereka melaksanakan tugasan terakhir mereka di dalam memberikan perkhidmatan kepada para penumpang demi keselesaan mereka sepanjang perjalanan itu. Mereka adalah wira yang tidak di dendang.
Sebagai seorang yang pernah menjadi “tetamu” MAS di atas pesawat mereka, patik sentiasa mendapat layanan yang mesra dari setiap cabin crew yang bertugas. Samada di kelas business mahupun di kelas ekonomi. Sambutan mereka ketika patik melangkah masuk ke kabin kapalterbang, disapa dengan senyuman dan ucap selamat, walaupun patik mungkin penumpang yang ke 500 yang telah mereka temui pada hari itu. Itulah Golden Service MAS.
Patik ingat lagi 14 hari selepas kehilangan peawat MH370, tragedi itu masih hangat diperkatakan di seluruh dunia, dan patik terbang ke London untuk menghadiri classes for my Style Coaching Certification. Menaiki pesawat Emirates, sepanjang perjalanan resah gelisah, tidur tak lena, berdoa pesawat itu dapat bawa patik mendarat di London dengan selamat.

Dari melayan penumpang, mengangkat bagasi, menolak troli, menyediakan makanan, mencuci galley sehingga membersihkan tandas kapalterbang pun boleh dilakukan walau di dalam kebaya tersebut.
Dan patik juga dimaklumkan bahawa belahan pada kain kebaya peramugari sebenarnya mempunyai fungsi keselamatan. Di dalam kecemasan, si pemakai akan mengangkat ‘helm’ kain dan diikat dipinggang menjadikannya seperti skirt untuk membolehkan pemakai bergerak lebih tangkas.
Dan pada malam yang malang buat mereka dan buat semua tetamu MH370, 17 bulan lalu. Patik amat pasti setiap 12 orang anak kapal pesawat tersebut masih lagi kelihatan anggun dan segak, masih tetap tenang melayan para penumpang dan mereka masih kekal profesional di dalam menghadapi kecelakaan yang mereka hadapi di saat-saat mencemaskan jauh tinggi di udara sana.
Tiada siapa menjangka malang yang bakal menimpa mereka, tugas tetap tugas. Selagi di dalam uniform, selagi itu Golden Service di berikan.
Seorang cendikiawan pernah memberitahu patik…”seorang wira tidak perlu terkorban di dalam celoreng sambil memegang senjata”…”wira patik pergi di dalam kebaya hijaunya”.
Buat semua anak-anak kapal MH370…kamu wira patik…kamulah juga Malaysia Hero.
